To whom it may concern,
I have used the Home Brokers for two real estate transactions in the past 4 years. Randy and Brenda have done an excellent job with both of the transactions. The first home I purchased with them was an investment property in fall of 2006. That came after an exhaustive search that started in the Spring of 2006. Randy set up an automatic search based on several criteria that we selected. We looked at several houses that spring and summer and Randy and Brenda were very punctual and very knowledgeable of the market and conditions of homes in our selected range. They were happy to show us any number of houses that we wanted and were not pushy to any particular area. Additionally, they were very knowledgeable about cost estimations for repairs on the “fixer uppers” we were concentrating on.
The Second transaction we used the Home Brokers for started in the spring of 2009. We contacted Randy and Brenda because of the excellent job they did on our previous purchase. Randy again setup search criteria based on what we were looking for. This time we were looking for a home for our needs and not an investment property. We wanted specific sizes of lots, number of garages, and price range. We setup two searches and had numerous houses that fit into our criteria.
We saw several houses and put an offer in on a “short sale”. Randy was very knowledgeable on the short sale process and with his guidance we were able to wait out the bank and purchase our new home in the spring of 2010. Randy was an excellent resource with interactions with the selling agent, the bank and the whole process of short sales. We had a deadline when we wanted to be in the new house and as it approached, Randy setup some new searches and shows us several houses that were not short sales. Ultimately, because of Randy’s interactions with the selling agent, the process on the short sale home was kick started and we were able to purchase it.
If you are looking for professional realtors that will go the extra mile to help you find what you are looking for, then Randy and Brenda are the ones to go with. They have been a blessing to our family and our real-estate needs. I would and have recommended them to several people and have no problems with the personal or professional way they conduct business.

We knew that we were moving to Colorado Springs a full year before we arrived. As we began our home search, we were lucky enough to be referred to Brenda and Randy at The Home Brokers, Inc. I, honestly, can not say strongly enough how happy we are with our decision.
They were everything you could want in terms of a real estate agent. We felt as if they were true partners in our search. We were not just a potential income source. Randy and Brenda were truly interested in putting us into a home, not just a house. There was a time during the process that we were looking at a house that was above our comfortable price point, and Randy said, “Are you certain that you're comfortable with this? I don't want you to be house poor.”
One of the most impressive things about working with Randy and Brenda was their availability. I don't remember waiting over 4 hours from a return email or over an hour for a return phone call. No question was too trivial, no concept too outlandish, no concern too small.
